2. Use of Services
You agree to:

- Use our services for lawful purposes only
- Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
3. Communication Consent
By submitting your information, you agree that ThriveLBK may contact you via:
- Phone calls
- Emails
- Text messages (SMS/MMS), including through automated systems
You can opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP.
4. No Guarantee of Property Availability
Property listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. ThriveLBK does not guarantee availability until a lease agreement is executed.
5. Applications & Leasing
- Submission of an application does not guarantee approval
- Screening criteria may include income, credit, rental history, and background checks
- Additional terms may apply per property
6. Maintenance Requests
Tenants are responsible for reporting maintenance issues promptly. ThriveLBK will coordinate responses but does not guarantee immediate resolution times.
7. Limitation of Liability
ThriveLBK is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Delays caused by third-party vendors or property owners
- Temporary service interruptions
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools and vendors. ThriveLBK is not responsible for their independent actions or policies.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
