Who is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance requests?
ThriveLBK oversees standard maintenance and required repairs to keep the property in good working order. Tenants may be charged for repairs caused by misuse or neglect. All maintenance requests should be submitted promptly through the tenant portal or the designated reporting method.
